At Frover, we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of both our brand clients and influencers. Our return policy details the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and the handling of payments within our platform.

(Here "Frover", "we", "us", or "our" refers to FROVER LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, the company providing the Frover platform and services. "You" or "your" refers to the users of our platform, including both brands and influencers.) ("Contract" refers to the agreement between the brand and the influencer for a campaign, which includes the deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms.)


Subscription and Payment Policy

Brands must pay in advance at the start of each month for their selected subscription plan. This fee gives platform access and is non-refundable. It cannot be used for campaigns or influencer payments. Brands can upgrade or downgrade anytime; new charges apply immediately. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling stops future billing but doesn’t refund the current period. Brands can disable auto-renewal to avoid being charged next cycle. Frover may update plans or pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes won’t affect the current subscription period. Using the platform means you accept this policy.


1. Payment Terms

Brands are required to pay an advance amount at the commencement of a campaign. This amount will be held by Frover until the influencer has completed all deliverables as specified in the contract.

2. Completion of Deliverables

Influencers are obligated to fulfill all deliverables in accordance with the contract agreed upon with the brand. The deliverables, deadlines, and payment terms are clearly outlined in the contract.

3. Partial Completion

If an influencer is unable to complete all the deliverables, they will be compensated only for the portion of the deliverables they have completed. The amount for the completed deliverables may be:

4. Refunds to Brands

In the event that the influencer fails to meet the contractual obligations, Frover will issue a refund to the brand for the portion of the campaign that was not completed. The amount refunded will be proportional to the unfulfilled deliverables.

5. Dispute Resolution

Frover holds the final authority in resolving any disputes related to the completion of deliverables and the payment to influencers. Any disagreements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fair treatment to both parties.

6. No Refunds for Completed Campaigns

Once all deliverables are completed and the campaign is marked as complete, no refunds will be issued to the brand. The advance payment will be released to the influencer as per the agreed terms.

7. Refund/Payment processing time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. If we are unable to process the refund within the stipulated time, we will inform you about the delay and the reason for the delay. In case of any queries regarding the refund, you can contact us.
